Before a lot opens you can examine it, save it and add notes. Once it opens you can add increments and set a proxy.

Open Bidding Rules — The Price Is Visible Throughout
Open bidding is the LuxPik app's live, transparent format: everyone can see the leading bid, the number of bids and the full bidding history, and the hammer price is the highest bid, not reduced. It suits reading the market, bidding in real time and chasing scarce lots.
How open bidding runs
Each lot opens and closes on its own
There are no grouped sessions. Each lot has its own opening and closing time, so bidding is staggered lot by lot.
Anti-sniping extension
A bid placed in the last two minutes extends the lot by five minutes, giving everyone a fair chance to respond. With no new bid, the lot closes on schedule.
Live close
The highest bidder at the close wins, the price is not reduced, and a winning bid cannot be withdrawn.
How to bid
Plus or minus one increment
Each bid starts from the current price plus one increment, and you can add further increments. Typing an amount is not allowed, which rules out mistyped bids and freak prices.
Proxy bidding
Set a ceiling only you can see and the system bids one increment at a time on your behalf, always staying exactly one increment ahead. It stops at your ceiling. Bidding manually takes over from the proxy, and if a rival reaches your ceiling first the proxy stops.
